This post is a couple weeks late but...better late than never. Caleb celebrated his 3rd Birthday on the 15th. The much anticipated event (we were asked daily for about 3 weeks "is my birthday party ready yet") was a success. We had a "friends" party on Sat and a "family" party on Sun.
Both were tons of fun. Caleb LOVED his friends party. We had it at a place called bounce planet - you bounce w/ just your party for over an hour, split between two rooms. My little boy, who just started getting on those jumpers in Sept, was a bouning machine, and even went up the tallest slides!!!
The party, went off w/o any injuries or tears, which was huge considering we had 13 kids, w/ the oldest being Michael, my nephew who just turned 4 in Dec all jumping together in a bunch of bounce houses & slides.
I FINALLY got Caleb to understand he has a entire year b/f he can have another birthday so now...he wants to know when Erica's birthday party will be, he's even found a pretend cake and sang happy birthday to her a couple times....
