First Field Trip

Caleb had his first every field trip today - to a pumpkin patch. Wasn't a roaring success but nor was it a complete failure just a lot! I heard at least two moms talk about how they would not attempt bringing the younger sibling on the trip when I first got there, about 1hr into the adventure I understood why! Although a part of me wonders what they do with the other kid? I'm sure as heck not going to waste one of Nick's vacation days for a 2 hr field trip to the pumpkin patch and while my mom helps me out alot, I have a feeling the line would be drawn at her watching one child so I could take the other to the pumpkin patch...who knows. All in All, Caleb says he had fun so despite a couple of melt-downs by him, It was still fun and a success. I got to meet one of his friends, which was cute :).
